ROBERT SWETT
Robert Swett was born and raised on the East Coast, but has called Austin home for 20 years. Following his football career at The University of Michigan and being part of the 1997 National Championship team, Rob moved to Chicago to become a trader on the Chicago Board of Options Exchange. While in Chicago, he met his wife, Julie, a native Texan who was completing her residency in emergency medicine. The two settled in Austin as newlyweds in 2002 and now have three lovely daughters. Rob became passionate about the Hill Country lifestyle and was eager to be a part of its beauty and growth. Armed with an incredible work ethic and a desire to build a company of his own, Robert Stephen Homes was established. RSH has steadily grown to become one of Austin’s finest and most respected custom home builders.
ANTHONY ASSINI
Anthony Assini joined Robert Stephen Homes as Project Manager in 2021. As an entrepreneur and former business owner, Anthony brings with him exceptional attention to detail, along with problem solving acumen. He is an avid golfer and lives in Lakeway with his wife and two sons.
GRANT HERRING
Born and raised in Austin, Grant brings a lifelong passion for homebuilding to his work. After graduating from Texas State University, he gained experience across every corner of the industry—from neighborhood production and urban infill to semi-custom and full custom homes. With a belief in building homes, not houses, Grant combines his expertise with a personal touch on every project. When he’s not on the job site, you can find him golfing, watching sports, or enjoying Mexican food on a patio with his wife, and their dog.
