ROBERT SWETT
Robert Swett was born and raised on the East Coast, but has called Austin home for 20 years. Following his football career at The University of Michigan and being part of the 1997 National Championship team, Rob moved to Chicago to become a trader on the Chicago Board of Options Exchange. While in Chicago, he met his wife, Julie, a native Texan who was completing her residency in emergency medicine. The two settled in Austin as newlyweds in 2002 and now have three lovely daughters. Rob became passionate about the Hill Country lifestyle and was eager to be a part of its beauty and growth. Armed with an incredible work ethic and a desire to build a company of his own, Robert Stephen Homes was established. RSH has steadily grown to become one of Austin’s finest and most respected custom home builders.
ANDREW DAVIS
Andrew Davis loves all things Austin… food, music and beautiful homes! Born and raised in Austin, Andrew has extensive knowledge and management experience in the restaurant industry and is the front man of a band called Mister Davis. As a project manager, he now channels his creativity, dynamic interpersonal skills and dedicated work ethic into creating dream homes for RSH. He also enjoys cooking, woodworking, basketball and his role as dog dad to a beautiful lab pup named Gwen.
ANTHONY ASSINI
Anthony Assini joined Robert Stephen Homes as Project Manager in 2021. As an entrepreneur and former business owner, Anthony brings with him exceptional attention to detail, along with problem solving acumen. He is an avid golfer and lives in Lakeway with his wife and two sons.
SARAH MOSS GARRISON
A proud Austinite, Sarah Moss Garrison, has a lifelong connection to the homebuilding industry. Sarah’s background ranges from politics to philanthropy, but her passion is homes, new and old. With her love of people, strong organizational skills and unmatched enthusiasm, she is a great team player at RSH. Through Business Development, Sarah will ensure that clients turn their dream homes into a reality. Her free time is spent with her husband, daughters, and dogs, traveling and enjoying the outdoors!
